CHANGES ON NON-ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES IN THE NETHERLANDS JANUARY 1ST, 2024
As of January 1st, 2024, significant changes are planned to be implemented in the law on non-alcoholic beverages taxation concerning classification and rates in The Netherlands. THE NETHERLANDS ALSO TO EMCS VERSION 4.0
As of July 14th, the Netherlands has also transitioned to the EMCS 4.0 version, and unfortunately, it didn’t go completely smoothly. After two days of adjustments, most of the issues have now been resolved, and the e-VAD can also be digitally managed, and the emergency procedure has been ended.
